Weidman implores crowd after win

After once again defending his UFC middleweight title, Chris Weidman said to the crowd in the post-fight interview in the Octagon: "Stop doubting me. Stop doubting me. It's enough. ... Join the team."

Weidman recovers and defends title

Vitor Belfort hit the champion with some early blows but the fight swung in Chris Weidman's favor thanks to a takedown that led to side control and mount. Herb Dean called a stop to it at 2:53 of the first round after repeated Weidman punches.
