Cousins named Redskins' Week 1 starter

Kirk Cousins will start at QB in Washington's season opener vs. the Dolphins, according to ESPN's Dianna Russini. He gets the nod over Robert Griffin III, who's struggled with injuries ever since the Redskins took him second overall in 2012. Cousins started five games last year for the Redskins.
