Buffalo Bills

The team's official website details the process of installing a new offensive and defensive system. “Obviously I was looking for people that were great teachers, have a lot of energy, that can develop players and that can communicate well,” said Bills head coach Doug Marrone. “Communication is big. Being able to keep going forward, being able to bring points up, not have any hurt egos. I think that’s really important.”

Andre Reed was once again denied entry into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Miami Dolphins

What do the Dolphins have to do to put themselves in the Super Bowl contender conversation? The Miami Herald's Armando Salguero dissects this year's Super Bowl participants for clues. Salguero: "Unlike past years when the Saints, Colts and Patriots brought a great pocket quarterback and perhaps the NFL’s most proficient passing game to the Super Bowl -- sometimes at the expense of running the football -- the Ravens and 49ers are shifting that paradigm."

New England Patriots

ESPNBoston.com's Mike Reiss addresses the idea of the Patriots opening the 2013 regular season at Baltimore.

Receiver Brandon Lloyd's future with the Patriots remains a bit murky.

New York Jets

Rich Cimini of ESPNNewYork.com kicks off his position-by-position breakdown with a look at the team's quarterback situation. Cimini: "The season was, in a word, terrible. [Mark] Sanchez committed 26 turnovers, lost his job, regained it because of a [Greg] McElroy concussion and finished with another poor performance. [Tim] Tebow never got a chance, in part, because he clashed with coordinator Tony Sparano, who either didn't know how to use him or didn't want to use him. It truly was a three-quarterback circus, mismanaged by Rex Ryan, who nearly paid with his job."

Cornerback Antonio Cromartie stated the obvious when he said the Jets need help on offense. “I think a lot of people look at our offense and they’re not intimidated by our offense,” Cromartie said.
