ABC News and WBZ Newsradio 1030 report that police are looking into obstruction of justice for Hernandez this week during a homicide probe near his North Attleborough home. Hernandez reportedly smashed his cell phone and home security system, sources told ABC News. A warrant ensures that Hernandez must report and meet with authorities.
On Thursday Hernandez reported to Gillette Stadium but was told to leave the building. Patriots spokesperson Stacey James told the Boston Herald he was not sure why Hernandez showed up to the stadium.
After several days of investigation, Massachusetts police will issue an arrest warrant for New England Patriots star tight end Aaron Hernandez, according to multiple media reports.
