The Ravens lost to the Broncos by 17 points three weeks ago. They haven't beaten Peyton Manning since 2001. And they're playing on six days rest while the Broncos had a first-round bye.
But the Ravens sound motivated by the fact that the odds are stacked against them.
"We’re looking forward to it. In the playoffs, you play great teams," Ravens coach John Harbaugh said. "I like the fact that our team has been here before. We’ve made this six-day turnaround road trip three other times. This will be our fourth time in five years playing a road game on a short week. So, we know how to do that. We’ve got a lot of respect for them. Denver came in here and played really well against us and beat us pretty good. We’re looking forward to the opportunity to go play them again.”
That leads us to the weekly poll -- will it be the Ravens or Broncos on Saturday? After making your vote, give me the one X-factor that will decide the outcome and send it to my mailbag. Your comment could be used in a blog later this week.
