The Ravens will hold a short walkthrough Saturday, so today represented Lewis' final full workout. The Ravens, who usually blast music during practice, played two of Lewis' favorites: “Spiritual,’’ a gospel number by Donald Lawrence and Company, and “Hot in Herre’’ by Nelly, the song that Lewis uses for his signature dance.
According to pool reporter Peter King of Sports Illustrated, Lewis walked off the field talking to offensive tackle Bryant McKinnie and showed no outward signs of emotion.
Ravens coach John Harbaugh said he didn't think about this being Lewis' final practice. "That’s not where Ray’s head is either, I’m sure," he said. "He’s thinking about the game. We all are.’’
The Ravens and 49ers are both healthy heading into the Super Bowl. The only players listed on the injury report are probable.
The Ravens listed 14 injured players with full participation: WR Tandon Doss (ankle), LB Dannell Ellerbe (toe, back), CB Asa Jackson (thigh), FB Vonta Leach (knee, ankle), LB Ray Lewis (triceps), DE Albert McClellan (shoulder), DE Pernell McPhee (thigh), DT Haloti Ngata (knee), RB Bernard Pierce (knee, thigh), TE Dennis Pitta (thigh), WR David Reed (thigh), S Ed Reed (shoulder), CB Jimmy Smith (abdomen) and LB Terrell Suggs (Achilles, biceps).
