NFL Power Rankings: The AFC South

The Indianapolis Colts and Tennessee Titans have been two of the most active players in NFL free agency.

But voters in our pre-draft NFL Power Rankings didn’t give either team much of a boost as a result of their additions.

The Colts dropped from seventh in the final poll of the 2012 season to ninth while the Titans slid from 26th to 27th.

The Houston Texans remain the division’s top team at No. 7.

And the Jaguars, who at this stage lost a couple of their best free agents and have brought in a couple guys with middling resumes, have nowhere to go but up. They are 32nd.

(There was, I will reveal, an early balloting error that had them 33rd.)
