Jaguars' undrafted rookies

April, 28, 2013
The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed 23 undrafted rookie free agents.

They include Arizona quarterback Matt Scott, who was rated as the second-best available undrafted player by Scouts Inc.

Scouts Inc. Insider wrote this about the quarterback: “Scott gained momentum late in the process and has a lot of upside. He is an above-average athlete with a quick release, and shows ability to change release points and deliver accurate throws on the run. Scott doesn't have prototypical size, but he is a competitor who could be a steal as a free agent and develop into a strong backup.”
