Over one-third of the Baltimore Ravens' starting defense wasn't on the field for Thursday's practice.

Defensive end Chris Canty (knee) joined defensive tackle Haloti Ngata (knee), linebacker Daryl Smith (thigh) and cornerback Lardarius Webb (groin) on the sideline. Ngata, Smith and Webb all didn't practice Wednesday.

All are expected to play in Sunday's critical game at the Chicago Bears. It wouldn't be surprising to see all of them practice Friday after taking it easy for most of the week. Outside linebacker Terrell Suggs was added to the injury report after he was limited Thursday with a neck injury.

Here is the complete injury report for the Ravens:

DID NOT PARTICIPATE: DL Chris Canty (knee), NT Haloti Ngata (knee), ILB Daryl Smith (thigh) and CB Lardarius Webb (groin).

LIMITED: S James Ihedigbo (toe), CB Jimmy Smith (groin) and LB Terrell Suggs (neck).

FULL PARTICIPATION: RB Bernard Pierce (toe, knee), WR Brandon Stokley (groin).
