BOSTON -- Even before a pack of reporters descended on his locker to talk about the Celtics' 92-79 bounce-back win over the 76ers on Saturday, Courtney Lee had engaged in a mock celebration over the lone 3-pointer he hit during the third quarter.

"I made a 3!" Lee joked, clearly alluding to the 3-pointer he airballed with the Celtics up a point with 25 seconds left in overtime of Friday's loss to the same Philadelphia club. Had he connected, it would have likely sealed a win for Boston.
Lee was dejected after the vital miss on Friday and wasn't shy about it, even taking to Twitter to express his disappointment in himself.
But when he faced an open look with 4:37 to play in the third frame on Saturday, he calmly rose up and knocked the shot down, furthering Boston's already ample lead to 65-44.
"Just honest," Lee said of his personal reaction to his miss on Friday. "That's all. Yeah, yeah, I took my time and I got here early and got a lot of shots up, so I took it in rhythm and it felt good."
His 3-pointer on Saturday was his only basket of the game, but he added two rebounds and two assists in 21 minutes off the bench.
Lee was the first Celtic on the floor Saturday, emerging more than three hours before tipoff to get extra shots up with assistant coaches. While Lee typically makes it onto the floor before a game to go through his shooting routine, rarely does he arrive so early. Clearly he wasn't ready to suffer a repeat of Friday's events, which he claimed he had already put behind him before Saturday's game began.
"I don't remember [Friday night]," Lee said. "That's the good thing about being in the NBA. You have one bad game and you've got, probably eight hours, little bit, to think about it, sleep on it, and then the next day you've got to prepare for the next game, and luckily we had the same opponent and came out here and got the victory."
