Power rankings: C's slip to No. 19

Even after Sunday's double-overtime win over the East-leading Heat, the Boston Celtics dropped four spots to No. 19 in the latest ESPN.com NBA power rankings given (1) their previous six-game losing streak and (2) the loss of Rajon Rondo for the season with an ACL tear.
