The SportsCenter video above examines the Celtics' four-game win streak without Rajon Rondo, and notes that Boston has a better winning percentage when its star point guard is not on the floor.

Flip Saunders gives four reasons for the success:

1. Better ball movement
2. Defensive identity
3. Doc's motivation
4. Bench play

Saunders added that team chemistry has improved as more players see more court time. "What happens is the more players play in a game, that helps the chemistry of the team. They feel better about each other."
