FORT MYERS, Fla.--Weather permitting, and I suspect only a typhoon may keep them from playing in green in the annual St. Patrick’s Day game, here is the Sox lineup for Wednesday at City of Palms Park against the Mets (1:05 p.m. on WEEI radio and also on NESN):

4. Kevin Youkilis, 1B
5. David Ortiz, DH
6. Adrian Beltre, 3B
7. Jeremy Hermida, LF
8. Mike Cameron, CF

SP -- John Lackey, RHP

After Lackey, the following Red Sox pitchers are expected to see action today: Jonathan Papelbon, Hideki Okajima, Ramon Ramirez, Manny Delcarmen and Daniel Bard.
