SURPRISE, Ariz. -- Neftali Feliz is continuing his rehab from Tommy John surgery in Arizona and is throwing off flat ground from 60 feet. He'll continue to build up, but it's a slow progression after undergoing August surgery. There's no set timetable for his return, but it would probably be late in the season.
