OAKLAND, Calif. -- Right fielder Nelson Cruz, who was lifted in the seventh inning of Thursday's game against the Angels because of a bruised quad, is in the starting lineup for Friday night's opener of a three-game series against the Oakland A's. Cruz will hit sixth in the order. Right-hander Alexi Ogando (8-3, 3.05) will start for the Rangers, while the A's will counter with left-hander Tommy Milone (9-8, 4.03), who is 0-3 in four career starts against Texas.
