Georgia State's underrated backcourt

It is not often that a starter on a high-major BCS squad decides to transfer with one season of eligibility remaining to a non-BCS program, but that is essentially Ryan Harrow's situation. The guard was not going to play much next season -- the addition of the Harrison twins coupled with Archie Goodwin's return means Harrow would have spent much of next year as a back-up, and as we recently wrote, he transferred to Georgia State ostensibly to be closer to his ailing father. If he is eligible immediately -- all signs point to GSU filing an eligibility waiver for the guard -- the Panthers might have one of the top backcourts in the non-BCS ranks.
