GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Good morning from the shadows of Lambeau Field, where I've already done a local live shot, taped an ESPN radio interview scheduled to be broadcast later this afternoon, run 15 miles, power cleaned a personal-record 400 pounds and it's not even lunch time yet.

Kevin Seifert/ESPN.comThe game doesn't start for over seven hours, but there's already much activity afoot at Lambeau Field.
Well, most of that. I'll let you figure out the misstatements.

I don't have anything new on Minnesota Vikings quarterback Christian Ponder, whose sore right elbow compelled the Vikings to list him as questionable on their final injury report of the week. We fully expect Ponder to start this game but will update you the minute we hear otherwise.

One news story we are chasing: Packers front office executive John Dorsey continues to be reported as the top candidate for the general manager job in Kansas City. New coach Andy Reid will have final personnel authority, but Dorsey would run the personnel department and be the primary adviser to Reid on all front-office decisions.

If Dorsey takes the job, he will be the third recent lieutenant of Packers GM Ted Thompson to leave for a general manager job, joining John Schneider (Seattle Seahawks) and Reggie McKenzie (Oakland Raiders). Stay tuned.
