Dolphins injury report: Tannehill limited

September, 18, 2013
The Atlanta Falcons aren't the only team with injuries. The Miami Dolphins, who host Atlanta on Sunday, released their first injury report of the week, and it features some big names.

Dolphins starting quarterback Ryan Tannehill was the most high-profile player on Wednesday's report from the 2-0 Dolphins. He was limited with a right (throwing) shoulder injury. Tannehill was sacked five games and took some shots in the 24-20 Week 2 victory over the Indianapolis Colts. Tannehill played well nevertheless and finished the game.

Miami also was without starting defensive tackle Paul Soliai (knee) and safety Chris Clemons (hamstring). Neither player practiced Tuesday or Wednesday -- meaning both could be out Sunday.

Other Dolphins who were limited on Wednesday include cornerback Dimitri Patterson (groin), linebacker Koa Misi (knee), safety Jimmy Wilson (groin), quarterback Pat Devlin (ankle) and rookie corners Will Davis (toe) and Jamar Taylor (groin).
