My Top 25, Heisman Watch

November, 5, 2013
As Alabama and Oregon brace for each's toughest test of the season this week, they again do so as the top two teams in's power rankings.

Florida State checks in at No. 3, while Notre Dame is on the outside looking in, at what is technically No. 26 in the power rankings.

As for Heisman Watch, Marcus Mariota still has the lead over Jameis Winston, with Johnny Manziel and Bryce Petty all within striking distance.

Colleague Mark Schlabach has the Irish bound for the Heart of Dallas Bowl against North Texas, and Brad Edwards still projects Notre Dame to go the Pinstripe Bowl and face Rutgers.

Here is how I voted in this week's power rankings and in Heisman Watch. (Of note: I do not have a vote in the Associated Press poll nor a vote for the Heisman Trophy.)
