Joe Trapani won't play against Deacons

Boston College will be without its leading scorer and rebounder Tuesday night at Wake Forest as junior forward Joe Trapani did not travel with the team for its game against the Demon Deacons because he is sick, the school said Monday night.

Trapani is averaging 14.4 points and 6.5 rebounds this season.

BC (12-11, 3-6 in the ACC) is coming off back-to-back losses to Duke and Florida State and has lost six of its last eight games. Wake Forest (16-5, 6-3) has won four of its last five.
