Martinez, Ellsbury, Drew out

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- The Boston Red Sox are without three regulars for Wednesday night's finale against the Tampa Bay Rays: Victor Martinez (toe), Jacoby Ellsbury (left side) and J.D. Drew (hip).

Martinez was injured on Monday night when Tampa Bay's Jason Bartlett fouled a pitch that struck Martinez in the toe. Martinez's injury was diagnosed as a bruise.
