Stern: Rivers has point in 'T' argument

LOS ANGELES -- Before Game 1 of the NBA Finals, NBA commissioner David Stern said that Boston Celtics coach Doc Rivers might have a case as he rails against double-technicals being included in the postseason limit of seven.
