Source: Doubront to start vs. Dodgers

BOSTON -- With Daisuke Matsuzaka on the disabled list with tightness in his right forearm, the Red Sox will need to make a roster move for a starting pitcher.

According to a source, the Red Sox will call up lefty Felix Doubront to start on Friday against the Los Angeles Dodgers at Fenway Park.
