Bruins put Savard on 7-8 day program

BOSTON -- Boston Bruins general manager Peter Chiarelli said Wednesday that center Marc Savard -- who has been out all of camp with post-concussion syndrome -- will not fly with the team to Belfast. He will instead stay home and work with doctors on a 7-8 day program designed to determine what he can and cannot do while suffering from the post-concussion symptions.
