New England's mandatory minicamp begins Tuesday, but Logan Mankins wouldn't be obligated to attend if he's not under contract. Mankins unloaded over his belief Patriots owner Robert Kraft hasn't dealt with him fairly, that he played 2009 with an undervalued contract, writes ESPN.com's Tim Graham.
