Source: Bears hire Ruskell

Shortly after creating an opening in their front office, the Chicago Bears now have filled it.

Former Seattle Seahawks president Tim Ruskell has agreed to become the Bears' director of player personnel, a league source said Tuesday night.

The deal is expected to be announced in the next 48 hours, just before the scouting combine in Indianapolis.
