Lilly won't make Cactus League start

SURPRISE, Ariz. -- It appears Chicago Cubs starter Ted Lilly will not pitch in a Cactus League game this spring, despite originally being scheduled to start a game next week.

Lilly is recovering from offseason shoulder surgery.
