Bears sign Wright to 4-year deal

LAKE FOREST, Ill. -- The Chicago Bears became the first team in the league to sign its entire draft class Friday, when it inked top pick Major Wright, a third-rounder, to a four-year contract.

Wright received an $848,000 signing bonus, and with a fourth-year escalator, the $2.638 million contract could reach $3.363 million. To make room for Wright on the roster, the Bears waived defensive end Lawrence Wilson, an undrafted free agent from Ohio State.
