John Grabow done for the season

Chicago Cubs pitcher John Grabow will miss the remainder of the season with a third-degree sprain of the MCL of his left knee, according to assistant general manger Randy Bush.

Grabow, who had been on the DL since late June, will return to Chicago to consult with team doctors in the next few days. He was rehabbing a knee injury in Mesa, Ariz., when this latest setback occurred.

Grabow had a 7.36 ERA in 28 appearances out of the bullpen in 2010.
