Freddy Garcia leaves with stiff back

CLEVELAND -- Freddy Garcia left Wednesday's start against the Indians after just four innings and 60 pitches with a stiff lower back.

It was his second lowest pitch count of the season just after a 55-pitch effort against the Twins on Aug. 10 when he was getting knocked around for six runs on eight hits in 2 1/3 innings.
