David Booth leaves DePaul's staff

David Booth is leaving the DePaul men's basketball program for a scouting position with the New Orleans Hornets, the school announced Friday.

Booth, a former DePaul player, was an assistant coach during the 2009-2010 season and was made the program's director of community, corporate and professional relations after coach Oliver Purnell was hired in April.
