First-year Chicago State coach Tracy Dildy isn't afraid to speak his mind, and that's especially true when it comes to Illinois-Chicago.

A former UIC player and assistant coach, Dildy left the Flames' staff and took the Chicago State position in July after he believed he was going to be bypassed as Jimmy Collins' successor.
