Patrick Kane said he wasn't chirping

COLUMBUS -- Chicago Blackhawks forward Patrick Kane says he didn't make any comments directed at Boston Bruins winger Shawn Thornton when Thornton left the ice bleeding in Tuesday's 3-0 Boston victory.

But the Bruins must have thought he did.
