CHICAGO -- Chicago White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen is predicting a Central Division championship for his team if the lineup stays healthy.
"We should," he said Monday before the Sox opened the season against the Cleveland Indians. "I have a lot of respect for the teams in our division. Our division is pretty tough.
"I think with the ballclub we have, and we play the way we think we will, and everybody stays healthy, we should win."
Guillen will have 15 new players on his Opening Day roster from Opening Day 2009. That group includes five new names in Monday's starting lineup: Juan Pierre in left; Alex Rios in center; Mark Teahen at third; Gordon Beckham at second and Mark Kotsay as the DH.
