Source: White Sox want Paul Konerko
LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. -- As the winter meetings get underway, a source tells ESPNChicago.com that White Sox chairman Jerry Reinsdorf will do anything he can to re-sign first baseman Paul Konerko.
Reinsdorf will be among the White Sox representatives meeting with Konerko's agent, Craig Landis, on Monday. Reinsdorf said Monday that he's just planning to say 'Hello,' to Landis, and White Sox assistant general manager Rick Hahn will lead negotiations.
