Sometimes you put teams together, and while the talent appears to be there, the chemistry isn't. When we have practice at 11 everybody is there by 9:30. I knew in the summer we had it. I'm talking July and August. Everybody except D-Rose was practicing, and he wasn't there because he was helping the national team win gold.
