On the same day he returned from flu-like symptons, Luol Deng left the Chicago Bulls' game against the Utah Jazz on Tuesday with an ailment of another kind.

The forward was knocked out of the contest with a right strained calf muscle, Bulls coach Vinny Del Negro said in a press conference following a 132-108 loss.

Deng, who scored 14 points in 32 minutes before departing, will have an MRI on Wednesday.

When asked if he felt anything, Deng said, "I really don't know. I'll just get the MRI tomorrow and see what's the problem."

Deng added that he tried to play thorough the injury, but couldn't continue playing.

Comcast SportsNet reported during the game that Deng sprained his knee.

Deng had started Tuesday night after sitting out Monday's practice with flu-like symptoms.

"I'll be all right," Deng said after Tuesday morning's shootaround. "Just came down with something. I should be fine, though."
