Teahen (finger surgery) out 6 weeks

Chicago White Sox third baseman Mark Teahen underwent surgery on his right middle finger and will be unable to do baseball-related activities for a minimum of six weeks.

A pin was inserted in the finger, which he fractured Sunday in Tampa Bay while fielding a ground ball.
