Payton signs with Toronto Argonauts
Jarrett Payton, son of former Chicago Bears great Walter Payton, signed with the Toronto Argonauts on Sunday.
Payton, 28, was the Montreal Alouettes' leading rusher in 2007, and he played for Toronto coach Bart Andrus with the Amsterdam Admirals in NFL Europe in 2005. Amsterdam won the league title and Payton led the league in rushing.
