Chicago Wolves fall in overtime

ROCKFORD, Ill. -- The Chicago Wolves blew a two-goal lead in the third period and lost to the Rockford IceHogs 4-3 in overtime at the Rockford MetroCentre on Saturday.

Jason Krog, Andrew Kozek and Nigel Dawes scored for the Wolves and Darren Haydar had two assists.

Rockford's Igor Makarov tallied the game-winning goal on a power play with 47 seconds remaining in overtime.

Chicago goaltender Drew MacIntyre made 29 saves.
