Pisa Tinoisamoa inactive vs. Vikes

MINNEAPOLIS -- The Chicago Bears inactives seem rather anti-climactic after the Minnesota Vikings announced Brett Favre will start at quarterback and running back Adrian Peterson is inactive.

Bears linebacker Pisa Tinoisamoa is officially out and will be replaced at strong-side linebacker by Nick Roach. Roach has started three of the past four weeks for Tinoisamoa, who is still trying to recover from a right knee scope on Dec. 3.

Defensive tackle Tommie Harris will also replace Matt Toeaina in the starting lineup for the second consecutive game.

Other Bears inactives include: Caleb Hanie (third quarterback), Joshua Moore, Kahlil Bell, Herman Johnson, Edwin Williams, Desmond Clark and Marcus Harrison.

For the Vikings, Toby Gerhart replaces Peterson at running back and Chris DeGeare fills in at left guard for Steve Hutchinson, who was placed on injured reserve earlier in the week.

Joe Webb is the No. 2 quarterback behind Favre, while newly signed Patrick Ramsey is the emergency quarterback.
