Chicago Blackhawks winger Ben Eager, who received a match penalty Saturday and automatic league review, won't be further penalized and is available for Sunday night's home game against the Anaheim Ducks.

Eager was given the match penalty in St. Louis for fighting with bandages on his hand, according to a league source.

With 3:33 remaining in the third period, Eager got into a scrum with Barret Jackman of the Blues. After the altercation, the referees determined Eager was in violation of NHL Rule 47.15 which states: Any player or goalkeeper wearing tape or any other material on his hands (below the wrist) who cuts or injures an opponent during an altercation will receive a match penalty in addition to any other penalties imposed including for fighting under this rule.

Eager was given five minutes for fighting and kicked out of the game in accordance with receiving a match penalty.
