DALLAS -- Chicago Blackhawks forward Bryan Bickell did not play in Thursday's game against the Dallas Stars.

Bickell, 25, did not participate in the team's morning practice but head coach Joel Quenneville said afterward he was "fine" and would play Thursday night.

Defenseman Chris Campoli also did not practice Thursday morning but was in the lineup.

The Blackhawks took on the Dallas Stars with 19 rostered players. There is no official word from the Blackhawks on Bickell's absence.

Center Dave Bolland and defenseman Brian Campbell were ruled out Wednesday and didn't travel to Dallas for Thursday's game against the Stars.

Campbell missed Monday's 6-3 win over the San Jose Sharks due to a left foot injury. Bolland has missed the past two games after taking a hit to the head in Tampa Bay on March 9.

Quenneville said Wednesday it's possible Campbell could join the team in Glendale, Ariz., in time for Sunday's contest against the Coyotes. There has been no change in Bolland's status. He remains out with concussion-like symptoms.

Corey Crawford started in goal for the Blackhawks.
