VANCOUVER -- Chicago Blackhawks coach Joel Quenneville declared forward Tomas Kopecky out for Game 2 of their Western Conference quarterfinals matchup against the Vancouver Canucks on Friday night.

Kopecky left Game 1 with an upper body injury after playing just 2:22. Quenneville said he is day to day.

Fernando Pisani took his place in the lineup.

Meanwhile, suspended Canucks forward Raffi Torres has food poisoning but is expected to play in Game 3 when he's eligible to come off suspension.

Torres did not skate with the team on Friday but will travel to Chicago on Saturday in advance of Game 3 on Sunday night at the United Center.

Torres was suspended for the final two games of the regular season and the first two games of the playoffs after delivering an illegal hit to the head of Edmonton forward Jordan Eberle on April 5.

The Canucks lead the series 1-0.
