Receiver still hopes to play vs. Chiefs

IRVING, Texas -- Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Roy Williams did not practice for the second consecutive day Thursday, and coach Wade Phillips said he'll play Sunday if healthy.

"If he's healthy enough to play, he'll play," said Phillips, who added that Williams could play against Kansas City even if he doesn't practice this week.
