Saltalamacchia taken out after swing

Texas Rangers catcher Jarrod Saltalamacchia was taken out of a game Wednesday in the Dominican Winter League after feeling discomfort in his arm.

Saltalamacchia had surgery on his right shoulder in September after he was diagnosed with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, where a rib bone can push on a nerve and cause numbness in the arm and hand.
