Dallas Cowboys put Tony Romo on IR

IRVING, Texas -- The Dallas Cowboys officially ended Tony Romo's season by putting the quarterback on injured reserve Tuesday.

Romo has been out since suffering a fractured left collarbone in the second quarter of an Oct. 25 loss to the New York Giants. He was given a recovery time of six to eight weeks but discomfort remains, and he does not have full range of motion or strength.
