Dirk Nowitzki suffers sore knee in win

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Dallas Mavericks forward Dirk Nowitzki will have an MRI exam Tuesday morning on his sore right knee after he missed nearly all of the final three quarters of the Mavs' 103-93 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder.

X-rays taken during Monday night's game were negative. Afterward, Nowitzki said for the first time that the knee had been bothering him for about two weeks.
