Hamlin hit Celek in the chin with his shoulder pads near the sidelines in the first quarter of the Cowboys' victory. Hamlin was penalized for a personal foul -- one of three during the game for Hamlin.
"It's a part of the game and I hate to see other players be fined," Celek told ESPN. "But Ken has done it before and will probably do it again."
Hamlin was emotionally charged from the starting coin toss when he and Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson exchanged words and had to be separated.
Earlier that week, Jackson said his team was going to beat the Cowboys on a Twitter post and later talked about it again on a UStream video. Cowboys cornerback Mike Jenkins, who is friends with Jackson, showed the video to his teammates.
Cowboys safety Ken Hamlin was fined $12,500 by the NFL for his hit on the Eagles' Brent Celek.
