The Dallas Cowboys will again split their training camp between three cities -- San Antonio, Dallas and Oxnard, Calif. -- the team announced Friday.

The Cowboys will train from July 24-Aug. 6 at the Alamodome in San Antonio before leaving for the Hall of Fame Game vs. the Cincinnati Bengals in Canton, Ohio.

Following that game, the Cowboys will return home to Dallas and prepare for their preseason game against the Oakland Raiders on Aug. 12 at Cowboys Stadium.

The next day, the Cowboys again pack their bags and will travel to Oxnard, Calif., where they will have their first practice on Aug. 14.

After two preseason games -- at San Diego (Aug. 21) and at Houston (Aug. 28) -- the Cowboys again return home and will resume practices at Valley Ranch on Aug. 31.

"Spending two weeks in both San Antonio and Southern California gives us the opportunity to reach out to the very strong fan followings that the organization enjoys in two traditional training camp homes for the Cowboys," Jerry Jones said in a statement. "We have always received tremendous receptions and hospitality from the fans and community leaders in both San Antonio and Oxnard."

Most of the practices in both cities are open to the public.
